Weight Watchers Scales Diet



The Weight Watchers diet plan allows participants to follow a diet based on Points. Foods are assigned point values, based on their calorie, fat, and fiber counts. Followers are allowed to consume a certain number of points worth of food per day. The Weight Watchers program focuses on group support meetings that are held weekly, for a small fee. Members can purchase additional materials, such as cookbooks and exercise videos.
